Delivery arrangements

Your shopping basket will display the goods you have selected. We endevour to process all orders made within 24 hours (exclusive of Weekends). We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale.

The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination, the weight of the product and the delivery service selected. Delivery amount will be shown in your shopping basket before checkout.

We usually despatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment. However, if you order after 2pm GMT on Fridays, then it maybe the following Monday before your order is despatched.

Delivery Timescale:

• UK: 1-3 days (Depending on the delivery method you choose during checkout)
• Europe: Approx 3-7 Days
• United States & Canada: Approx 5-10 Days
• Australia,Japan & the rest of the world: Approx 7-10 Days
